Returns & Exchanges
All returned items must be returned within 14 days from the day it was shipped.
A returned item must be in the same condition in which it left our warehouse- unworn, unused, and in a resalable condition. If the merchandise being returned is defective, it will be inspected and evaluated. We than will replace, repair, or return the merchandise in a timely manner.

- The fastest way to make an exchange is to purchase the size you need online.
- We will credit the original purchase when it arrives at our returns department.
- Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box
- Mail your package using one of the following methods:
You are free to mail your return via the carrier of your choice (USPS, Fed Ex, etc.).
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse, letting you know your refund has been accept and is being process. Please note, returns do take us 4-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Damaged/ Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or an incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately
